# Submit feedback

Needs a valid credential and no particular scope. Costs no credits and changes nothing in your workspace.

Describe the situation, what you observed and what you expected. Add the related operation, the AI model and the agent harness when you know them. Never include API keys, tokens, signed URLs or file contents.

## Header parameters

- `Idempotency-Key` (`string`, length: `1–255 chars`): A unique key for this request, such as a UUID, 1 to 255 visible ASCII characters. Send the same key when you retry: the first response is returned (with `Idempotent-Replayed: true`) instead of running the request again, for 24 hours, per credential. The same key on a different request is a 409 `conflict`. A streamed answer is not recorded.

- `situation` (`string`, required, length: `1–4000 chars`): What you were trying to do and what happened around the problem.
- `expected_solution` (`string`, required, length: `1–4000 chars`): What you expected Lookio to do, or how you would improve it.
- `related_action` (`string`, length: `≤ 200 chars`): The MCP tool, API operation, or CLI command involved, if known.
- `ai_model` (`string`, length: `≤ 200 chars`): The AI model used, if known. Do not guess.
- `agent_harness` (`string`, length: `≤ 200 chars`): The agent client or harness used, if known, such as Claude Desktop or Cursor.
