# Delete a tag

Requires `admin`.

Workspace admins only, with a personal connection.

Put the tag in the path, URL-encoded. The resources stay. An assistant that followed the tag no longer reads the resources the tag brought to it, so check which assistants follow it first. See [Deleting things](/docs/platform/deleting).
