List accesses

The workspace's accesses, newest first. An access shares some of your assistants with people outside the workspace, through its own MCP server and HTTP API (urls), and the workspace pays for their questions. Callers see each assistant's name and the description you wrote, never its context, guidelines or resources. Admins only. Costs nothing.
