Retrieve the figures of the conversation logs

Conversations, questions, distinct people, credits and thumbs over the same filters as GET /v1/logs/conversations (without cursor and limit), with the conversations per channel. With no filter it covers every log still kept (90 days). Needs the right to edit assistants. Costs nothing.

GET/v1/logs/conversations/stats

Requires assistants:write.

The totals behind the list of conversations, over the same filters (channel, widget_id, api_key_id, assistant_id, rating, end_user, q, from, to) and without cursor or limit. With no filter it covers every conversation still kept, which is the last 90 days.

people counts distinct end_user values, and a conversation without one counts as one person. by_channel gives the conversations of each channel, with zero for a channel that has none.

This endpoint was GET /v1/logs/stats before 18 October 2026. The same permissions as the list apply. See Logs.

Query these docs via MCP

Recommended

Add this server to Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Mistral, or any tool that supports MCP. Your agent can then search Lookio Docs documentation and read it in full, instead of answering from memory.

Query these docs over HTTP

The same tools also work as plain web requests. Use this for scripts, or for any tool that does not support MCP. There is one endpoint per tool. Arguments go in the query string, and the answer comes back as JSON.

Read the OpenAPI description. It is built from the same definitions as the tools, so it always matches what the endpoints do.
