List the workspace activity

Who changed what in the workspace, latest first: resources added, edited, re-indexed or deleted, site rules and syncs, assistants and widgets created, edited, paused or deleted, tags renamed or deleted, members' access changed. Each line says who (a member, an API key, or Lookio itself for a scheduled sync), through which door (app, api, cli, mcp, agent for Lookio AI, system), and which fields changed (names only, never content). Filter by actor_id, origin, target_type, target_id, action and from/to, and paginate with cursor. Kept a year. Admins only, through a personal connection (the CLI's lookio auth login, an MCP client) with the admin scope: an API key never has it. Costs nothing.

GET/v1/logs/activity

Requires admin.

Who changed what, latest first: resources added, edited, re-indexed or deleted, site rules and syncs, assistants and widgets created, edited, paused or deleted, tags renamed or deleted, and members’ access changed. You page with cursor, an opaque string: pass next_cursor back unchanged. See Pagination.

Each line has the actor (a member, an API key, or Lookio itself for a scheduled sync), the origin (the door used: app, api, cli, mcp, agent for Lookio AI, or system), the target with its name at the time of the change, and details: the names of the fields that changed, counts or a sync’s figures. It never holds content.

Narrow the list with actor_id, origin (comma-separated), target_type (resource, assistant, widget, tag or member), target_id, action (an exact action such as assistant.updated, or a kind such as assistant for every action on it), q (words in the name of what changed) and from and to. Use target_id to answer “who changed this assistant?” and actor_id to answer “what did this key do?”.

Admins only. The caller must be an admin connected as a person (OAuth: the CLI login or an MCP client) with the admin scope; an API key never has it, and the call fails with permission_denied. Entries are kept a year. See Logs.

Use these docs with your AI tools

An AI agent can read this documentation directly. You do not need an account or an API key. Everything here is public and read-only.

Query these docs via MCP

Recommended

Add this server to Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Mistral, or any tool that supports MCP. Your agent can then search Lookio Docs documentation and read it in full, instead of answering from memory.

https://lookio.app/docs/mcp
  • searchFind the passages that answer a question.
  • fetchRead one page in full, as Markdown.
  • list_pagesSee every page in this documentation.

Query these docs over HTTP

The same tools also work as plain web requests. Use this for scripts, or for any tool that does not support MCP. There is one endpoint per tool. Arguments go in the query string, and the answer comes back as JSON.

https://lookio.app/docs/api/docs/search?query=custom+domain

Read the OpenAPI description. It is built from the same definitions as the tools, so it always matches what the endpoints do.

Read these docs as Markdown

Add .md to any page URL to get its Markdown source. You can also send the headerAccept: text/markdown to the page URL itself.
