List tags

Every tag carried by a resource or followed by an assistant, with how many of each, sorted by name. There is no tag object: a tag exists while something uses it.

There is no tag object: a tag is a word, and the list is what is in use or kept in the workspace list. The whole list comes back in one response, sorted by name. See Tags.
